This standard applies to our carrier-grade IP networks for network operators meeting ranging from network edge devices to the edge devices, including access network and the core network, the user is no longer resident within the provisions of the square structure, but in some cases under this framework can be used with the appropriate configuration required to do in order to get a true end to end QoS guarantees.
