This part specifies the test method for SMS signaling of mobile station for 800MHz/2GHz cdma2000 digital cellular mobile telecommunication network, including SMS relay layer test, SMS transport layer test and SMS teleservice layer test, etc. This part is applicable to 800MHz/2GHz cdma2000 mobile communication terminals supporting CSIM/RUIM card (with R-UIM) and not supporting CSIM/RUIM card (without UIM), hereinafter referred to as mobile terminal. CSIM/RUIM card includes those supporting UIMID and EUIMID.
