2 Scope

This part specifies the basic signaling conformance test methods for mobile stations in the 800MHz/2GHz CDMA2000 digital cellular mobile communication network, including air interface test, basic call flow test, idle handoff test, handoff test, registration test, authentication test, service redirection testing, supplementary service test, forward compatibility test, and concurrent service test. This standard is applicable to 800MHz/2GHz 2GHzCDMA2000 mobile communication terminals supporting CSIM/RUIM card (UIM Mobile Station) and not supporting CSIM/RUIM card (Non UIM Mobile Station) (hereinafter referred to “mobile terminal”). The CSIM/RUIM card includes those supporting UIMID and EUIMID.
