Foreword

YC/T 91 "Tobacco machinery lines, playing leaves re-baked line" is divided into three parts.

- Part 1. Design guidelines;

- Part 2. Guidelines for installation and commissioning;

Part 3. Acceptance Guidelines.

This section is part 3 of YC/T 91.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This section replaces YC/T 91.3-1996 "Tobacco machinery for silk thread, whiskers, Part 3. Acceptance guidelines". This part with YC/T 91.3-1996 compared to the main changes are as follows.

- "acceptance criteria", "acceptance methods" (see Chapter 3, Chapter 4), respectively, in place of the original version of the "basic principles", "test method" (Chapter 3, Chapter 4 of the 1996 edition);

- separate the "rules of judgment" (1996, 3.4, see chapter 5);

- the cancellation of the "Responsibility" chapter (Chapter 6 of the 1996 edition);

- Added Appendix A, "Table A.4," Acceptance Records for Electronic Control Systems ".

This part is made by the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.

This part is headed by the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC144/SC3).

1 Scope

This part of YC/T 91 specifies the acceptance conditions, acceptance methods and judgment rules for the production of silk thread, whisker.

This part applies to the system of silk thread, playing leaves re-baked line of the whole machine, the whole line acceptance, sub-line acceptance can refer to use.

2 Normative reference documents

3 Acceptance conditions

Silk thread, playing leaves re-baked line should meet the following conditions before they can be accepted.

a) comply with the relevant provisions of tobacco monopoly management.

b) Plant design (including utility design) complies with YC/T 9-2006.

c) The entire line design complies with the requirements of YC/T 91.1, and the installation and commissioning shall comply with the requirements of YC/T 91.2.

d) the design information is complete and correct, the random file of the whole machine complies with the relevant stipulation of YC/T 11.2; the whole line guarantee document conforms GB/T 14436 of the relevant provisions.

e) the whole line, the machine's working conditions to meet the entire line design requirements and machine product standards. Working conditions do not reach the full line Design requirements and machine product standards, can be negotiated to reduce the acceptance of technical indicators.

f) the whole line by the trial run, the basic normal and to achieve the entire process design capabilities, can be delivered to the production trial.

g) normal production trial for more than a month, if the operation is normal, the main equipment of the technical indicators to achieve the provisions of product standards, Process indicators to meet the design requirements, you can conduct acceptance inspection.

h) equipment maintenance management to achieve the relevant provisions of the tobacco industry, the operator should be trained, and have the appropriate qualifications. Operation conforms to the product Instructions for use instructions.

i) During the installation and commissioning process, the design, installation and machine quality problems have been identified and have been basically resolved.
