Foreword

YC/T 91 "Tobacco machinery lines, playing leaves re-baked line" is divided into three parts.

- Part 1. Design guidelines;

- Part 2. Guidelines for installation and commissioning;

Part 3. Acceptance Guidelines.

This part is part 1 of YC/T 91.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This section replaces YC/T 91.1-1996 "Tobacco machinery for silk thread, whiskers, Part 1. Design guidelines". This part with YC/T 91.1-1996 The main differences are as follows.

- The name of the "normative reference document" chapter (see Chapter 2) replaces the name of the "reference standard" chapter (1996 edition, Chapter 2) and increases the content - The contents of the "Notes and Definitions" chapter have been modified (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 1996 edition), and some text;

- the "serialized design principles" (see 4.5);

- "electrical safety and protection" requirements (see 4.6.4) in the "basic requirements for full line electronic control" (see 4.5, 4.5 of 1996);

"The overall scheme of the" full line electronic control system "(see 5.2) is based on the" full line type and technical characteristics "(see 5.2.2) (1996, 5.2 and 5.3) of the "Basic Control Type" and "Local Monitoring Type", the entire line of electronic control type Divided into "control one", "centralized monitoring", "decentralized control" and "unit control", and increase the content;

--- "full line of electronic control network level and functional requirements" (see 5.2.3) to replace the 1996 edition of 5.2,5.3 related content;

--- Added "basic requirements for control cabinet group" (see 5.2.4);

- "full line electromechanical segmentation" (see 5.2.5) instead of the 1996 edition of 5.2.1.1, 5.3.1.1.

This part is made by the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.

This part is headed by the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC144/SC3).

This part of the drafting unit. in the smoke machinery technology center limited liability company, Qinhuangdao tobacco machinery limited liability company.
