3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 19580, GB/T 19001-2016, and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Management diagnosis Personnel with extensive business management knowledge and practical experience will employ scientific methods to identify organizational business strategies and management approaches.

Identify opportunities for improvement, propose solutions, and assist the organization in implementing those solutions.

Diagnostic related parties Individuals, groups, or organizations that can influence management diagnostic activities or decisions, including the organizer, diagnostic team, and the person being diagnosed.

Post-diagnostic evaluation the process or behavior of evaluating management diagnostic activities and their effectiveness.
