This document is under the jurisdiction of the Enterprise Standardization Subcommittee of the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC144/SC4).

Introduction

To improve the energy management performance of cigarette factories, a relatively complete and highly operable system should be established, taking into account different regions and climates.

An evaluation method that objectively reflects the current energy management performance level of cigarette factories within a specific region can guide cigarette factories in their energy management processes.

By conducting horizontal benchmarking between factories and vertical comparison within factories, as well as self-comparison, we can identify shortcomings affecting energy management performance and pinpoint weaknesses.

This document is formulated to make targeted improvements and enhancements, continuously improve the "green development" level of cigarette factories, and promote the high-quality development of cigarette factories.

The total energy consumption of a certain production link (production process) of an enterprise during the statistical reporting period.

During the statistical reporting period, the number of quantitative indicators that have been improved in the "Energy Management Performance Evaluation Method for Cigarette Factories" and the total number of quantitative indicators...

ratio.

Note. The percentage is expressed as a percentage; when a quantitative indicator reaches its upper limit, it is considered that the indicator has been improved.

4 Basic Requirements

4.1 Evaluation Principles

The performance evaluation of energy management in cigarette factories shall be carried out in accordance with the evaluation principles specified in 4.1 of GB/T 39775-2021.

4.2 Evaluation Criteria

Cigarette factories that conduct energy management performance evaluations should meet the following conditions.
