Introduction
As a new category of Chinese-style cigarettes, slim cigarettes have put forward new requirements for the quality characteristics of cigarettes and the processing technology of beating and re-baking, and new standards are needed.
It will be improved and supplemented by standard documents. In order to meet the special needs of thin cigarette raw material threshing and re-baking processing technology, based on the "big technology" of cigarettes Concept, based on the technical requirements related to threshing and re-baking of the "Cigarette Technology Specifications", it stipulates the cutting, threshing and re-baking of thin cigarette raw materials.

1 Scope
This document stipulates the technical requirements and testing methods for the processing technology of thin cigarette raw materials for threshing and re-baking.
This document applies to raw materials for flue-cured tobacco for slim cigarettes.

4 Process technology requirements
4.1 Cut off
4.1.1 The leaf laying platform should be equipped with tobacco leaf cutting equipment, and the number of cutting sections and cutting length can be adjusted.
4.1.2 When placing tobacco leaves, the tobacco leaves on the leaf spreading table should be placed evenly, with the leaf base direction consistent and perpendicular to the movement direction of the conveyor belt.
4.2 Run leaves
4.2.1 The moisture content and temperature index requirements of tobacco leaves after primary and secondary moistening are shown in Table 1.The standard moisture content of tobacco leaves after secondary moistening is deviated from the difference is less than or equal to 0.33%, and the loose rate is greater than or equal to 99.0%.
4.2.2 The design values of temperature and moisture content of tobacco leaves after moistening should be determined based on the quality characteristics of tobacco leaves.
4.2.3 The material flow rate, drum speed, hot air temperature, hot air speed, water and steam should be reasonably set according to the quality index requirements of the tobacco leaves after moistening.
