1 Scope

This standard specifies technical requirements for sliding pallets and push-pull forklifts, as well as application specifications for intermodal transportation of cigarette sliding pallets, storage, and transportation.

This standard applies to the intermodal cigarette transportation between industrial and commercial enterprises in the tobacco industry, and the intermodal transportation within the cigarette industry enterprise can be implemented as a reference. Sliding Pallet Technology the requirements mainly clarify the technical indicators of paper sliding pallets, and plastic and other material sliding pallets can be implemented as a reference.

3 Terms and definitions

Defined in GB/T 10342, GB/T 12914, YC/T 215, ISO 4287, ISO 18000-6B, ISO 18000-6C and the following the terms and definitions apply to this document.

Slipsheet

A pallet made of cardboard or plastic as the base material is used to carry goods. The edges of the pallet are folded into wings to hold and pull the entire stack of goods.

Electronic tags can be embedded or pasted in the center of the board to record the information of the cargo.

Push-pull forklift is a forklift assembled by a combination of an electric counterbalanced forklift and push-pull attachments.

Note. Push-pull is a kind of attachment of forklifts, that is, an accessory device, which is a special equipment dedicated to handling goods placed on a sliding pallet.

4 Basic requirements

The application of cigarette intermodal sliding pallets should comprehensively consider vehicle load factor, storage capacity utilization, and storage efficiency to ensure the best overall benefit and efficiency.
