1 Scope

YC/T 547 of this part of the provisions of the tobacco industry-specific measuring instruments for cigarette and filter length testing equipment to carry out technical audit (technology Data review and validation of the test).

3 Working procedures

Technical review of cigarette and filter length testing equipment is carried out according to the procedure described in Chapter 3 of YC/T 547.1-2016.

4 Technical data review

4.1 The enterprise applying for technical audit shall provide the relevant information of the enterprise to meet the requirements of the application according to the requirements of 2.4 of YC/T 547.1-2016 (YC/T 547.1-2016, 2.3) and the technical information of the measuring instrument, where the technical information shall include the following.

a) the description of the product measurement principle;

b) the use of the product manual;

c) accuracy of the key imaging module parameter description data;

d) product testing the maximum allowable error, measurement range, resolution and other technical indicators of the test report;

e) baffle structure of the product;

f) the structure of the gripper of the product;

g) Description of the product on the number of sampling times;

h) Description of the product regarding the measurement of the rotation angle setting;

i) Description of the product on the measurement method;

j) Test results of the standard length of the product.

4.2 Product description of the principle of measurement should be able to prove that the sample in the equipment test state, after the rotation of multi-point measurement can measure the sample Length and meet the requirements of 4.4.1 in YC/T 545-2016.

4.3 The maximum allowable error, measurement range, resolution and other technical indicators of the test report should prove that its performance to meet the YC/T 545-2016 in the requirements of 4.7,4.8,4.9.

4.4 The baffle structure of the product shall demonstrate that the baffle structure complies with the requirements of 4.3.1 in YC/T 545-2016.
