1 Scope

YC/T 547 This section specifies the tobacco industry-specific measuring instruments for cigarette smoke suction and filter rod pressure drop detection equipment to carry out technical review (Technical data review and test verification review) based on the technical requirements.

This part applies to the tobacco industry special measuring instruments cigarette smoke suction and filter rod pressure drop detection equipment technical audit work.

3 Working procedures

Technical review of cigarette smoke suction and pressure drop detection equipment is carried out according to the procedure described in Chapter 3 of YC/T 547.1-2016.

4 Technical data review

4.1 The enterprise applying for technical audit shall provide the relevant information of the enterprise to meet the requirements of the application according to the requirements of 2.4 of YC/T 547.1-2016 (YC/T 547.1-2016, 2.3) and the technical information of the measuring instrument, where the technical information shall include the following.

a) the description of the product measurement principle;

b) the product road map and probe structure;

c) the instruction manual of the product;

d) product measurement range, accuracy, resolution and other technical indicators of the test report;

e) Test reports on pressure sensors and standard constant current (CFO) used by the product;

f) Test report on the supporting rod of product supporting resistance;

g) the description of the milk (silicone) hose used in the product;

h) Description of the product regarding the retention time setting;

i) Filter rating of the vacuum filter used in the product suction line.

4.2 Product description of the principle of measurement should be able to prove that when the sample sealed in the equipment, and to maintain the sample output gas flow rate of 17.5mL/s, the pressure difference between the two ends of the sample can be measured.

4.3 The roadmap and probe structure of the product shall demonstrate compliance with the requirements of 4.3 and 4.13 of YC/T 446-2012.

4.4 product measurement range, accuracy, resolution and other technical indicators of the test report should prove that its performance in line with YC/T 446-2012 4.9 the request.
