5 Sampling
5.1 Inspection lot
The products produced in the same batch, the same specification and the same process in one delivery are one inspection lot, and the maximum batch is 10,000.
5.2 Sampling of settlement inspection
The sampling plan is determined by both the supplier and the buyer according to the quality control requirements.
5.3 Sampling of type inspection
3 packaging units were randomly selected from the inspection lot, and 5 lining polyethylene film bags were randomly selected from each packaging unit, 3 total 15 pieces, then 3 samples are separately packaged and sent to the laboratory as a laboratory sample for measuring technical indicators, of which 1 is used as a determination the sample, the other two were used as a retest sample.
The preparation of various types of index samples is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6.
6 Determination method
6.1 Determination conditions
In addition to appearance and odor, health indicators, other items should be balanced at temperature (23 ± 2) ° C for at least 4h according to GB/T 2918, and the measurement was carried out under these conditions.
6.2 Appearance and odor test
Visually under natural light or fluorescent light and smell it. The test is carried out at the time of sampling.
6.3 Physical indicator test
6.3.1 Determination of external dimensions
Spread one sample bag flat, and measure the length, width and height of the bag with a steel ruler with a graduation value of 1 mm, at both ends of the required measurement site.
The inner side of the surface is measured 3 times, and the deviation from the nominal value is the largest.
The dimensional deviation is expressed as the ratio of the absolute value of the difference between the measured result and the nominal value to the nominal value, to the nearest 0.1%.
6.3.2 Determination of thickness and thickness limit deviation and thickness average deviation rate According to the provisions of GB/T 6672, the thickness gauge has an accuracy of 1 µm or higher.
A sample having a width of about 15 mm and a length of about 300 mm was cut from the side (or the bottom surface) of the three sample bags, and the method was divided into equal lengths.
10 points were measured, and the arithmetic mean of 30 values was taken as the measured thickness value to the nearest 0.001 mm.
The thickness limit deviation is expressed as the maximum value of the absolute value of the difference between the measured 30 values and the nominal value, and is calculated according to the formula (1), and the result is accurate to 0.001mm.
deltaS=|Smax(or Smin)-S0| (1) in the formula.
deltaS --- thickness limit deviation in millimeters (mm);
Smax---the maximum thickness of the measured thickness, in millimeters (mm);
Smin---the minimum thickness of the measured thickness, in millimeters (mm);
S0 --- thickness nominal value in millimeters (mm).
The average thickness deviation rate is expressed as the absolute value of the difference between the measured thickness value and the nominal value and the percentage of the nominal value, and is calculated according to the formula (2).
The result is accurate to 1%.
deltaS=
|S-S0|
100% (2)
In the formula.
deltaS---thickness average deviation rate, expressed in %;
S --- average thickness in millimeters (mm);
S0 --- thickness nominal value in millimeters (mm).
6.3.3 Determination of heat sealing strength
According to QB/T 2358, the test speed is (300±20) mm/min, and the clamp spacing is 50 mm.
Cut 10 strips (15 ± 0.1) mm from the heat-sealed portion of at least 3 sample bags, and unroll the long (100 ± 0.1) mm sample for measurement.
Test, the heat sealing part is continuous and the sample is broken, the heat sealing strength is calculated by the load when the sample is broken. Taking the arithmetic mean of 10 values as the measurement result, fine it is indeed 0.1N/15mm.
6.3.4 Determination of tensile strength and nominal strain of fracture
According to the provisions of GB/T 1040.3. The sample is type 2, width 15mm, length 150mm, clamp spacing 100mm, test the speed (no load) is (500 ± 50) mm/min.
Cut 5 pieces of horizontal and vertical samples from different parts of the 3 sample bags (the bottom of the carton should contain the bottom part), and test them separately.
The tensile strength and the nominal strain of the fracture were obtained; the arithmetic mean of 30 values was used as the measurement result, which was accurate to 0.1 MPa and 1%, respectively.
6.4 Inspection of health indicators
According to the provisions of GB/T 5009.60.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
7.1.1 Product inspection is divided into settlement inspection and type inspection.
7.1.2 The inspection items and the judgment re-examination rules of the settlement inspection shall be determined by the supplier and the buyer.
7.1.3 Type inspection items are the contents of Chapter 4.
7.1.4 Type inspection should be carried out in one of the following cases.
a) Trial-type identification of new or old products;
b) After formal production, if there are major changes in raw materials and processes, which may affect product performance;
c) During normal production, after a certain period of regular production or accumulation, conduct an inspection on an annual basis;
d) when the product is stopped after production for a long time;
e) in the course of use, if there is a quality problem other than the settlement inspection item, or if there is a dispute between the supplier and the buyer due to the quality problem;
f) when the national or industry quality supervision agency proposes to carry out type inspection requirements;
g) When the contract is specified.
7.2 Judgment and review rules
7.2.1 General
When the qualification is judged, the effective number shall be revised according to the provisions of GB/T 8170.
7.2.2 Single item decision
If a measurement result meets the requirements of Chapter 4, the indicator is qualified.
7.2.3 Review rules
Except for appearance and odor indicators, if one of the other indicators does not meet the requirements of Chapter 4, it should be taken from the alternate retest sample.
For example, re-examine the unqualified items. If the result of the re-examination is still unsatisfactory, the indicator is judged to be unqualified. If the retest result is acceptable, it should be from another Re-sampling in the spare re-examination samples, the second re-inspection of the unqualified items, and finally the results of the second re-inspection shall prevail.
7.2.4 Batch determination
If one of the following conditions occurs, the batch is judged to be unqualified.
--- The product does not comply with any of the provisions of 4.1, 4.2;
--- Any one of the health indicators is unqualified;
--- Length deviation, width deviation, height deviation, thickness nominal value, thickness limit deviation, thickness average deviation rate, heat sealing strength, stretching There are two or more failures in the nominal strain of strength and fracture.
8 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage

The certificate shall indicate the name of the product, the name of the manufacturer, the specification, the batch number, the quantity, the date of manufacture, Execution standards, inspector's chapters, etc., each batch of products shall have an inspection report form provided by the supplier.
8.3 Transportation
Keep the outer packaging intact during transportation to prevent collision, sun and rain, and should not be mixed with volatile solvents and corrosive materials.
Transportation, care should be taken when handling.
8.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a clean, dry, cool, ventilated warehouse. The stacking code should be tidy, not less than 1m from the heat source; it should not be toxic or odorous.
Flammable items are stored in the same place. The storage period shall not exceed one year from the date of production.
