1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the weekly control, special pitch system, high torque, circular tooth timing pulleys, the type and the label on the pattern, Material, tooth shape, size and limit deviation, geometrical tolerances.

3 Terms and definitions

4.1 Type and pattern label

4.1.1 According to the actual needs of the tobacco industry, the design should give priority to the use of GB/T 11361-2008 provisions of the XL, L, H three Pulley

4.2 Materials

4.3 Pulley size and limit deviation

4.3.1 Teeth

Weekly timing pulley is generally made of involute toothed pulley tool, the tooth size depends on the size of its processing tool. Processing Involute tooth profile tool - the basic size and limit deviation of the rack and hobbing cutter are carried out according to GB/T 11361-2008 Regulations.

4.3.2 Pitch deviation
