Introduction

Standardization is an important support for promoting agricultural and rural modernization. The implementation of tobacco leaf production standardization is to promote the transformation and upgrading of tobacco leaf production and high-quality it is a powerful means of quantitative development and plays an important role in improving the quality of tobacco products, ensuring product quality and safety, improving the efficiency of tobacco production and operation, and building a modern tobacco industry.

Grassland agriculture plays an important supporting role. Issuance and implementation of YC/T 237-2008 "Working Regulations for Tobacco Leaf Standardized Production Demonstration Zone" it clarified the requirements and methods for the construction of tobacco leaf standardized production demonstration areas, and effectively promoted the construction of tobacco leaf standardized production demonstration areas in the industry. But since in the more than ten years since the issuance and implementation of YC/T 237-2008, the content of tobacco leaf production standardization work has been continuously expanded and enriched.

The internal and external environment have also undergone major changes, and the original standard content can no longer meet the requirements of tobacco leaf production standardization work; at the same time, the industry is showing A large amount of experience has also been accumulated during the construction of the model area, which needs to be summarized and promoted. In view of this, it is indeed necessary to revise YC/T 237-2008, in order to adapt to the new situation and new needs of tobacco leaf production and operation, the focus of tobacco production standardization work should be shifted from the construction of demonstration areas to comprehensive and systematic implementation.

Implementation to better serve the high-quality development of tobacco production in the industry.

This revision is guided by the PDCA management concept of "Plan->Do->Check->Act".

The PDCA cycle optimizes and improves the tobacco leaf production standardization work to enhance the systematicness of the tobacco leaf production standardization work and improve the overall Work efficiency (as shown in Figure 1).

Note 1.Organize and carry out standardized tobacco production work based on the needs of customers and relevant parties, its own production and operation goals, etc.

Note 2.The PDCA cycle model of standardized tobacco production work refers to.

P---Plan and formulate tobacco leaf standardized production goals, plans and plans based on customer needs, relevant party needs and own production and operation goals, and improve Basic work such as the standardized production and operation mechanism of whole tobacco leaves;

D---Identify tobacco leaf production standardization objects, optimize or build the tobacco leaf production standard system, and organize and carry out standard publicity, training and implementation as planned Activity;

C---Supervise and inspect the implementation of tobacco production standards and evaluate tobacco production standardization work according to target requirements, plan arrangements, etc.

effectiveness and form a report;

A---Based on the satisfaction of customers and relevant parties, the realization of production and operation goals, the quality status of tobacco products and the problems discovered during standard implementation inspections etc., take targeted improvement measures and make innovations when necessary to improve the overall effect.
