1 Scope
This part of YC/T 213 specifies the method for compiling the computer code of the enterprise mechanical standard parts.
This part is applicable to the computer code (hereinafter referred to as the code) of the enterprise machinery standard parts (hereinafter referred to as the enterprise standard) for tobacco machinery products.

3 Preparation method
3.1 Code composition
The code composition is shown in Figure 1.
Enterprise machinery standard parts large class code (see 3.2.1) Category code (see 3.2.2) Nn Group code (see 3.2.3) Nn Variety code (see 3.2.4) Nnnnn Other feature codes (see 3.2.5) Aa the manufacturing unit code of the product of the enterprise machinery standard parts (see 3.2.6) Note. The letter n in the figure indicates that the bit code is an Arabic numeral (hereinafter referred to as a number), and the letter a indicates that the bit code is a Latin capital letter (hereinafter referred to as a letter).

3.2 How to compile each piece of code in the code composition
3.2.1 The "Enterprise Machinery Standard Parts Code" is indicated by the two-digit number 36 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5 of YC/T 213.1-2006.
3.2.2 "Category Code" is indicated by a single digit. The category code and name are given in Appendix A.
3.2.3 "Group Code" is represented by two digits. See Appendix A for the group code and name.
3.2.4 "Variety Code" is indicated by two digits. The variety code and name are given in Appendix A.
3.2.5 "Other feature codes" are represented by five digits, indicating the materials, heat treatment, surface treatment, precision, type, and Features such as specifications.
3.2.6 "Production unit code of the enterprise mechanical standard parts" is represented by two letters, and the product manufacturing unit code is shown in YC/T 213.2-Appendix D in 2006.
4 Implementation Guide
4.1 When the enterprise machinery standard parts code is used in the computer-aided management system of the enterprise, the first 12-digit code specified in this part should be adopted.
4.2 When the enterprise machinery standard parts code is used for the computer-aided management system outside the enterprise, the 14-digit code specified in this part shall be used.
