Foreword

YC/T 11 "Tobacco Machinery Product Drawings and Design Documents" is divided into the following eight parts.

--- Part 1. General;

--- Part 2. Basic requirements;

--- Part 3. Format;

--- Part 4. Coding principles;

--- Part 5. Integrity;

--- Part 6. Change method;

--- Part 7. Standardization review;

--- Part 8. Management rules.

This part is the seventh part of YC/T 11.

This part replaces YC/T 11.7-1993 "Standard Review of Tobacco Machinery Product Drawings and Design Documents".

Compared with YC/T 11.7-1993, the main changes in this section are as follows.

--- The original "Chapter 3" "General Provisions" was changed to Chapter 4 "Basic Requirements"; the original Chapters 4 and 5 were changed to Chapters 5 and 6 respectively;

--- Added provisions for standardization review of CAD software and databases;

--- Added standardized review procedures and review methods for CAD documents;

--- Added the requirement that "patterns and design documents that have not been standardized for review should not be put into storage or transferred to the next process".

Appendix A of this standard is an informative annex.

1 Scope

This part of YC/T 11 specifies the drawings and design documents of tobacco machinery products, including CAD drawings and design documents (hereinafter referred to as drawings).

And the contents and requirements of the standardization review of documents or CAD files.

This section applies to the standardized review of tobacco machinery product drawings and design documents.

2 Normative references

The terms in the following documents become the provisions of this part by reference to this part of YC/T 11. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this section, however, an agreement is encouraged under this section.

The parties are studying whether the latest version of these documents can be used. For undated references, the latest edition applies to this section.

3 Definition

The terms and definitions established in YC/T 11.1 apply to this part of YC/T 11.

4 Basic requirements

4.1 The basis for standardization review is the relevant technical regulations and standards at all levels. After standardization review, it should be achieved.

a) The designed product complies with relevant national technical regulations;

b) The designed products comply with national standards, industry standards and corporate standards;

c) Prioritize the use of stereotyped design and structural solutions, and maximize the use of standard parts, general parts, borrowed parts to improve design Inheritance and standardization of products;

d) rational selection of basic standards and raw material standards such as priority numbers and structural elements of parts;

e) Product drawings and design documents comply with relevant standards and are correct, complete, clear and uniform.

4.2 The CAD software purchased or developed shall be subject to standardization review to check whether it meets the requirements of national standards and relevant standards.

4.3 Standardization review is based on the premise that the design and auditors consciously implement various standards, in the preliminary design, technical design and work of the product.
