Foreword

YC/T 11 "Tobacco Machinery Product Drawings and Design Documents" is divided into the following eight parts.

--- Part 6. Change method;

--- Part 7. Standardization review;

--- Part 8. Management rules.

This part is the sixth part of YC/T 11.

This part replaces YC/T 11.6-1993 "Methods for Changing Tobacco Machinery Product Patterns and Design Documents".

Compared with YC/T 11.6-1993, the main changes in this section are as follows.

--- Added the content of Chapter 2 "Regulatory References"; other chapters have been adjusted accordingly, such as "Change Principles" by Chapter 2 Go to Chapter 3, "Change Method" from Chapter 5 to Chapter 4; cancel the original Chapter 3 "Change Permissions", the original Chapter 4 "Changes "Order" is changed to Chapter 5 "Change Program"; Chapter 6 "Change Considerations" is changed to "Management of Change";

--- Added changes to CAD files (including CAD drawings and CAD design files) and requirements, such as changing the method to label Record (including correction) and no mark (including scratching, washing); change the notice to recommend two formats of Appendix B.

Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C of this part are informative annexes.

1 Scope

This part of YC/T 11 specifies the drawings and design documents of tobacco machinery products, including CAD drawings and design documents (hereinafter referred to as drawings).

And the principles, methods, procedures and management of documents or CAD files.

This section applies to tobacco machinery product drawings and design documents, including changes to CAD files. Other drawings and technical documents can be used Adoption.

2 Normative references

The terms in the following documents become the provisions of this part by reference to this part of YC/T 11. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this section, however, an agreement is encouraged under this section.

The parties are studying whether the latest version of these documents can be used. For undated references, the latest edition applies to this section.

YC/T 11.1 Tobacco machinery product drawings and design documents - Part 1. General

3 Change principle

3.1 Changes to drawings and documents shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the technical responsibility system.

3.2 When changing drawings and documents, relevant documents such as CAD files of different media of the same code should be changed accordingly to ensure relevant the documentation is consistent.

3.3 The altered drawings and documents shall not reduce the quality of the products and shall comply with the relevant standards and shall be kept correct, complete, uniform and clear.

And to ensure that the original drawings and documents before the change are available (file) can be checked.
