Foreword
YC/T 11 "Tobacco Machinery Product Drawings and Design Documents" is divided into the following eight parts.
--- Part 1. General;
--- Part 2. Basic requirements;
--- Part 3. Format;
--- Part 4. Coding principles;
--- Part 5. Integrity;
--- Part 6. Change method;
--- Part 7. Standardization review;
--- Part 8. Management rules.
This part is the second part of YC/T 11.
This part replaces YC/T 11.2-1993 "Basic Requirements for Tobacco Machinery Product Drawings and Design Documents".
Compared with YC/T 11.2-1993, the main changes in this section are as follows.
--- Increased the content of the reference standard;
--- Added in 3.1 "When using CAD drawing, it should comply with GB/T 14665-1988 and other relevant standards or regulations;
The CAD software should undergo a standardized review of the content;
--- Combine the original 4.1.5 and 4.1.6 into 4.1.4, added in 4.1.4 "When the relevant dimensions are not equal, the same can be painted it is made on a pattern, but different pattern codes should be coded, and different code numbers should be marked with lead lines, and according to the 4.6 table diagram Use the table to list the contents of the correspondence between parameters such as code number and quantity;
--- When the original 4.1.9 "the size limit deviation and shape tolerance, surface roughness, etc. are not marked on the drawing, there should be corresponding standards, or in the technical requirements, the description is rewritten as "unfilled dimensional tolerances and unfilled tolerances on the drawings, etc., and shall be in accordance with GB/T 1184-1996, GB/T 1804-2000 and other relevant standards; generally do not separate the tolerances, but in the drawings, technical documents or stated in the standard";
--- Rewrite the original 4.5.3 "box surface must be labeled according to the relevant standards, packaging and transportation icons, etc." to "the box surface should meet the relevant standards or According to the contract requirements, mark the packaging, storage and transportation icons, etc."
--- The contents of the original Chapter 6 were compiled into YC/T 11.5-2006.
This part is proposed by the National Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.
This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee (TC144).

3 General requirements
3.1 The drawings shall be drawn in accordance with the current national standards such as technical drawings, mechanical drawings, electrical drawings and other relevant standards or regulations.
True, complete, unified and clear. When using CAD drawing, it shall comply with GB/T 14665-1998 and other relevant standards or regulations;
CAD software should undergo standardization review.
3.2 Terms, symbols, codes, characters, graphic symbols, structural elements and units of measurement, etc., shall conform to the corresponding standards.
3.3 The view and technical requirements on the drawing shall indicate the function, structure, contour and the skills necessary for the manufacture and inspection of the product and the parts.
According to the basis.
3.4 The number of views under the premise that the function, structure, contour, size and relationship of the parts and parts of the product and the parts are clearly expressed the amount should be as small as possible.
3.5 Each product or part or component should be drawn on a single sheet as much as possible. If it must be distributed over several patterns, the main view, the parts list and technical requirements should generally be placed on the first pattern.
3.6 The product and the name of the part and the part on the drawing shall comply with the corresponding standards. If there is no regulation, it should be as short and precise as possible.
3.7 The drawings are generally not included in the description of the restricted process requirements. If necessary, allow the labeling to use certain processing methods and process descriptions, such as "Same processing", "matching", "turning", etc.
3.8 Each drawing shall be filled out in the title bar as required, and shall be signed by the relevant personnel as stipulated in the "Technical Responsibility System" in the signing column. On the computer Exchange of information and drawings, in the case of ensuring the confidentiality or security of CAD files, should be authorized to sign in the signature column of the signature form.
4 Drawing of the pattern
4.1 Parts Drawing
4.1.1 Each special part should generally be drawn separately. In special cases, the drawing may not be drawn, for example.
