Foreword

YC/T 11 "Tobacco Machinery Product Drawings and Design Documents" is divided into the following eight parts.

This part is the fifth part of YC/T 11.

This part replaces YC/T 11.5-1993 "Tobacco Machinery Product Drawings and Design Document Integrity".

Compared with YC/T 11.5-1993, the main changes in this section are as follows.

--- Supplemented the market forecast report, technical research report, pilot test outline, and pilot report of the new product development design decision stage Contents of design documents such as report, feasibility analysis report, feasibility analysis review report, etc.; and quality control according to GB/T 19000 the requirements of the System Standards have increased the content of design documents such as early failure analysis reports and user acceptances;

1 Scope

This part of YC/T 11 specifies the drawings and design documents of tobacco machinery products, including CAD drawings and design documents (hereinafter referred to as drawings).

And the complete set of requirements and main content of the document or CAD file).

This section applies to tobacco machinery product drawings and design documents, including the integrity requirements of CAD files.

2 Normative references

The terms in the following documents become the provisions of this part by reference to this part of YC/T 11. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this section, however, an agreement is encouraged under this section.

The parties are studying whether the latest version of these documents can be used. For undated references, the latest edition applies to this section.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this part of YC/T 11.

The product is ordered to produce, the contract between the supply and demand sides is established, the user puts forward the quality assurance requirements to the enterprise, and the enterprise is under the contract.

4 Product drawings and design file integrity

4.1 Products should have corresponding drawings and documents at all stages of development, decision-making, design, trial production, appraisal, formal production and random delivery.

4.2 The integrity of the drawings and documents shall be as specified in Table 1. Each enterprise should combine the product type, complexity, structural characteristics, and batch of the enterprise.

The company standard is determined by the size, as well as the production scale, production methods, and management methods.
