WS/T 876-2026 is a standard for health management services in integrated medical and elderly care, the model in which medical treatment and care for older people are provided together. It sets out how health management is organized as part of such services.

It is intended for medical institutions, elderly care institutions and community service providers that run integrated medical and elderly care, and for the managers and health professionals who deliver or oversee these services. It is a voluntary standard, as shown by the /T in its code. It was approved by the National Health Commission, issued on 28 February 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
