1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic inspection methods in oral health surveys, evaluation criteria, record code and recording methods.
This standard applies to the national or local population-oriented oral health survey or disease monitoring, according to different survey purposes Choose a different check.

3 Oral mucosal conditions
3.1 Check the content
Check the mucosa for the presence of oral cancer, oral leukoplakia, oral lichen planus, oral ulcers, oral candidiasis, abscesses or other conditions.
Proceed in the following order. lip red, mouth angle, lip mucosa, labial groove, buccal mucosa, tongue, mouth bottom, hard palate, soft palate, alveolar ridge and gums.
3.2 Inspection equipment
Flat mouth mirror, disposable medical cleaning gloves and lighting.
3.3 Inspection methods
Under the artificial light source, the oral soft tissues are pulled by the plane-shaped endoscope and the finger, and the inspection is performed by the method of palpation and palpation.
3.4 Criterion and record code
3.4.1 Criterion
3.4.1.1 No abnormalities
Oral mucosa is moist, smooth, continuous, flexible, soft, pink.
3.4.1.2 Oral cancer
Oral red or white proliferative mass or ulcer, often like cauliflower or strawberry-like, palpable basal body hard.
3.4.1.3 Oral leukoplakia
Occurs in the oral mucosa can not be erased, can not be diagnosed with other diseases of the white plaque.
3.4.1.4 Oral lichen planus
Oral mucosal meshlike pattern lesions. More common in the buccal mucosa and gingival cheek migration groove, the lesions often showed symmetry.
