1 Scope

This standard specifies the overall technical requirements of the hospital information platform, the platform basic functional requirements, information resources specifications, interaction specifications, IT-based Infrastructure specifications, safety regulations and performance requirements. This standard does not include hospital information platform based on the application system (such as residents health card, meter Computerized medical order entry, intelligent electronic medical record editor, electronic medical record browser, regional medical and health collaboration, management support decision support, clinical Assisted decision-making support and patient public service, etc.) as well as the hospital business system accessing the hospital information platform (clinical service system, medical management department System, operation management system, etc.) should follow the function and technical requirements.

This standard applies to two or three hospitals based on the construction of electronic medical records hospital information platform.
