Introduction

In recent years, with the vigorous development of my country's performance industry, companies engaged in stage video have developed rapidly, and stage video technology has developed rapidly.

The application of video is increasingly widespread. With the development and application of artificial intelligence technologies such as VR/AR, the application scenarios of stage video technology have become more complex.

Miscellaneous, more diverse forms of expression, and larger system construction. In the future, video technology will play an increasingly important role in stage performances.

At the same time, the hidden dangers of video are increasing, and vicious accidents begin to appear.

Due to defects in the quality of video equipment, video system design, construction, performance management, equipment maintenance, etc., the equipment is unstable the phenomenon of stability and system paralysis occurs frequently. For example, power outages, overloads cause power accidents, or even leakage and electric shocks, and human operation errors lead to the performance process the video equipment is damaged, the connectors, and the transmission line are damaged, resulting in failure to meet the requirements of the video design effect during the performance and affecting the quality of the performance.

Due to the lack of complete technical standards, management standards, and work standards, the rapid increase in stage video design and construction companies and equipment integration Business, theater management agencies, and stage video operators have no rules in terms of ability, quality, safety and other management directions. It is the current performance industry view One of the main reasons for frequent safety accidents.

The safety of stage video is directly related to the life safety of the audience and the cast and crew, the property safety of expensive equipment, and the performance.

The overall safety of the industry. To this end, the stage video safety standards have been formulated.

This part is based on the concept of firmly establishing the safety awareness of "safety first, prevention first", and specifically regulates the technical aspects of the stage video.

Technical requirements, management requirements, and operational requirements to reduce and eliminate potential safety hazards and avoid common safety accidents.

Provide technical support for guidance, supervision and orderly management.

This section categorizes the triggering factors of safety, and is divided into performance safety technical standards and performance safety management for different standardized objects.

Standards, performance safety work standards. Among them, the technical standards set requirements for systems and equipment, and are divided into "system safety" and "equipment safety" Two categories; management standards are required for organizations, and work standards are required for operators.

The compilation team has solicited extensive industry suggestions and opinions, and inquired a large number of relevant materials.

This part has been compiled on the basis of related standards and extensive solicitation of opinions. This part needs to be used in conjunction with other performance safety related standards.

The requirements of this section are provisionally recommended. For content not covered, please follow relevant laws, regulations and relevant standards and procedures.

This part is indispensable for the whole process of design, installation and dismantling of stage video, but the safety requirements of this part cannot replace safety Full education, preventive measures and safety supervision and other safety work.

If you find that you need to modify or supplement this part during the implementation process, please send your comments and relevant materials to the China Institute of Art and Technology (No. 1, Xilou Hutong, Lama Temple Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing, 100007, Tel. 010-87930747), for revision.
