Introduction

Plastic box pallets are one of the important product categories in the pallet product series. In order to better standardize the production of plastic box pallets and improve production in 2014, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the National Standardization Administration approved and issued GB/T 31081-2014 "Plastic Box Pallets". After the release and implementation of this standard, it has played a role in guiding, regulating and promoting the development of the pallet industry. In.2016, the country the Standardization Management Committee has conducted a centralized review of a series of national standards. After review and research, the National Logistics Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC269) recommends that some product standards be converted from national standards to industry standards, including GB/T 31081-2014 "Plastic Box Type tray". In order to meet the development needs of my country's logistics industry sharing and sharing, in 2019, with the approval of the National Development and Reform Commission, the project began to be developed.

Set the industry standard of "Plastic Box Pallets".

This document combines the actual development of the pallet industry and the new demands and changes of the market. In GB/T 31081-2014 "Plastic Box Pallets" on the basis of, the requirements for empty box stacking test and vibration test are deleted, and the requirements for low temperature drop test are added. For the high temperature stacking test conditions explained.

1 Scope

This document specifies the form, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of plastic box pallets.

This document applies to plastic box pallets made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and copolymerized polypropylene (PP) as the main raw materials.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 3716 as well as the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Box trays are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), copolymerized polypropylene (PP) and other plastics as the main raw materials.
