Introduction

Plant fiber molded flat pallets are one of the important product categories in the pallet product line. In order to better standardize the molding of plant fibers Flat pallet production, improve product quality, in 2014, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Standardization Administration approved and issued GB/T 30672-2014 "Molded Flat Tray Plant Fibers". The National Logistics Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC269) recommends that some product standards be converted from national standards to industry standards, including GB/T 30672-2014 "Molded Flat Tray Plant Fibers". In order to meet the development needs of my country's logistics industry sharing and sharing, in 2019, with the approval of the National Development and Reform Commission, the establishment of the project began to formulate the industry standard of "Molded Flat Tray Plant Fibers".

This document combines the actual development of the pallet industry and the new demands and changes of the market, in GB/T 30672-2014 on the basis of "Fibers", the classification and schematic diagram of the nine-legged and bottom-structured molded flat trays are added, and the amount of formaldehyde emission, resistance to the performance requirements and test methods of the bending test and the bending test of the bottom deck have further improved the quality requirements of the plant fiber molded flat tray, and improved the Applicability and operability of the standard.

1 Scope

3 Terms and Definitions

According to the structure is divided into.

a) Nine-legged flattened tray;

b) Structural moulded flat tray with bottom.
