Introduction

In order to further strengthen the management of land reclamation and acceptance of production projects, establish a supervision and inspection mechanism for land reclamation of production projects and promote land Reclamation management institutionalized and standardized, according to the "Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China", "Land Reclamation Ordinance", "Land Reclamation Ordinance implementation Measures ", and the relevant laws, regulations, policies and technical standards, the development of this procedure.

1 Scope

This Regulation stipulates the conditions, basis, procedures, contents, methods and results of land reclamation and acceptance of production projects.

This code applies to the production of land reclamation acceptance.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Production project the competent department of land and resources with the corresponding examination and approval authority shall approve the mining of mineral resources for mining rights, dredging and quarrying, and firing of brick and tile projects.

Land Reclamation Acceptance Survey Investigate the completion of land reclamation for the acceptance of land reclamation by the competent department of land and resources.
