Foreword

According to the "Notice of the State Council on Carrying out the Second National Land Survey" (Guo Fa [2006] No. 38), the "Second National Land Survey Technology Technical Regulations and related requirements, in order to standardize and unify the basic farmland survey requirements of the Second National Land Survey, the "Second National Land Survey Technical Regulations for Basic Farmland Investigation.

This standard was formulated and interpreted by the Office of the Leading Group for the Second National Land Survey of the State Council.

Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C, and Appendix D of this standard are normative appendices, and Appendix E is an informative appendix.

This standard was proposed and managed by the Ministry of Land and Resources.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the purpose, tasks, content, procedures, methods and technical requirements of the basic farmland survey of the second national land survey.

3 Terms and definitions

Basic farmland

According to the demand for agricultural products in a certain period of population and socio-economic development, according to the overall land use plan arable land.

Basic Farmland Reserve in order to implement special protection of basic farmland, a specific protection area determined in accordance with the overall land use plan and legal procedures.

Basic farmland protection sheet (block) Specific basic farmland plots delineated within the basic farmland protection zone.

Basic farmland map

The plots of land use types within the boundaries of the basic farmland protection area (block).
