What this standard covers

This standard specifies the crane rail flat car (hereinafter referred to as lifting flat car) the conditions of use, technical parameters and series, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and so on. This standard adapted to the new office standard gauge, without self- motivation, the maximum rated lifting capacity of 16t crane flat car and below the design, manufacture and testing. Nominal weight of 20t ~ 50t lifting axle flat car and two flat cars and a crane lifting a non-standard gauge flat car may also refer to the relevant provisions of the implementation of this standard.
