SN/T 5277-2020 is the English-translated version of 进口锅炉及压力容器技术要求家用采暖、热水燃气锅炉.

SN/T 5277-2020 — This standard specifies the technical requirements for imported household heating and hot water gas boilers (hereinafter referred to as appliances).

This standard applies to the rated heat input less than or equal to 70kW, the maximum heating working water pressure is less than or equal to 0.3MPa, and the water temperature is not large during operation.

At 95°C, it is a dual-purpose appliance for heating and hot water using atmospheric burners or fan-assisted burners or full premixed burners. It is also suitable for Single heating appliance.

This standard does not apply to the following appliances. --Natural exhaust flue type, outdoor type appliances; --Condensing appliances; -Volumetric appliances; - Appliances with two independent combustion systems used for heating and hot water in the same enclosure, including appliances with a common flue between the two.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for imported household heating and hot water gas boilers (hereinafter referred to as appliances).

At 95°C, it is a dual-purpose appliance for heating and hot water using atmospheric burners or fan-assisted burners or full premixed burners. It is also suitable for Single heating appliance.

This standard does not apply to the following appliances.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions established in GB/T 191, GB 20665-2015, and GB 25034-2010 apply to this document.

Boiler

A device that uses various fuels, electricity or other energy sources to heat the contained liquid to certain parameters and output thermal energy to the outside.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 General requirements

Imported domestic heating and hot water gas boilers shall comply with the provisions of Chinese laws, administrative regulations and the relevant safety and environmental regulations of the country.

Mandatory requirements for environmental protection, hygiene and health.

If the contract has technical performance requirements, it shall also meet the contract requirements.

Products that belong to the "Catalog of Compulsory Product Certification" should also obtain the corresponding "China National Compulsory Product Certification Certificate" and follow Use and apply certification marks in accordance with the "Management Measures for Compulsory Product Certification Marks".

4.2 Material and structure requirements

4.2.1 The materials of imported household heating and hot water gas boilers should meet the requirements of Article 5.2 of GB 25034-2010.

4.2.2 The structure of imported domestic heating and hot water gas boilers should meet the requirements of Article 5.3 of GB 25034-2010.

4.2.3 The regulating devices, control devices and safety devices of imported domestic heating and hot water gas boilers shall comply with the provisions of GB 25034-2010.

4.2.4 The thermostats and water temperature limiting devices of imported household heating and hot water gas boilers shall comply with Article 5.5 of GB 25034-2010 Regulations.

4.2.5 Imported household heating and hot water gas boilers should be equipped with safety valves and pressure gauges, and the heating water should not damage the expansion tank film.

4.2.6 Imported household heating and hot water gas boilers should be equipped with automatic exhaust devices.

4.2.7 Imported household heating and hot water gas boilers should have automatic antifreeze function.

4.2.8 Imported domestic heating and hot water gas boilers should have two gas pressure measuring points to ensure that the inlet pressure of the appliance and the front of the nozzle can be measured.

4.3.4 The electrical safety requirements of imported household heating and hot water gas boilers shall meet the requirements of Article 6.11 of GB 25034-2010.

4.3.5 The electromagnetic compatibility safety of imported household heating and hot water gas boilers shall meet the requirements of Article 6.12 of GB 25034-2010.

4.4 Performance requirements

4.4.1 The airtightness of imported household heating and hot water gas boilers should meet the requirements of Article 6.2 of GB 25034-2010.

4.4.2 The heat input and heat output of imported domestic heating and hot water gas boilers shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.3 of GB 25034-2010.

4.4.3 The operational safety of imported domestic heating and hot water gas boilers shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.4 of GB 25034-2010.

4.4.4 The adjustment, control and safety devices of imported household heating and hot water gas boilers shall comply with Article 6.5 of GB 25034-2010 Regulations.

4.4.5 The thermal efficiency of imported domestic heating and hot water gas boilers shall meet the requirements of Article 6.7 of GB 25034-2010.

4.4.6 The domestic hot water performance of imported domestic heating and hot water gas boilers shall meet the requirements of Article 6.8 of GB 25034-2010.

4.4.7 The water resistance of imported domestic heating and hot water gas boilers should meet the requirements of Article 6.9 of GB 25034-2010.

4.5 Signs, warnings and instructions

4.5.1 The marking of imported domestic heating and hot water gas boilers shall comply with the provisions of Article 9.1 of GB 25034-2010.

4.5.2 The warnings for imported domestic heating and hot water gas boilers shall comply with the provisions of Article 9.2 of GB 25034-2010.

4.5.3 The instructions for imported household heating and hot water gas boilers should meet the requirements of Article 9.3 of GB 25034-2010.

4.6 Packaging, transportation and storage

4.6.1 The packaging of imported household heating and hot water gas boilers should meet the requirements of Article 10.1 of GB 25034-2010.

4.6.2 The transportation of imported household heating and hot water gas boilers shall comply with the provisions of Article 10.2 of GB 25034-2010.

4.6.3 The storage of imported household heating and hot water gas boilers shall comply with the provisions of Article 10.3 of GB 25034-2010.

5 Inspection method

5.1 Unless otherwise specified, the materials and structure of imported household heating and hot water gas boilers shall be inspected through inspection of the structure of the appliance or inspection phase.

Relevant technical data to confirm whether it meets the requirements.

5.2 The safety, health, environmental protection and performance requirements of imported household heating and hot water gas boilers shall be inspected in accordance with GB 25034-2010 and this part of the inspection should be carried out by a laboratory that has obtained CMA qualification and CNAS qualification.

5.3 The inspection of signs, warnings and instructions for imported household heating and hot water gas boilers shall be inspected to confirm whether they conform to this Requirements of Article 4.5 of the Standard.

5.4 The inspection of the transportation, packaging and storage of imported household heating and hot water gas boilers shall be carried out by inspection to confirm whether they conform to this standard.
