4 Method summary

The appropriate amount of sample is introduced into a two-dimensional capillary gas chromatography system equipped with a microfluidic plate-heart-cutting, and the sample flows through a the non-polar pre-column vents part of the light hydrocarbon components, and the system is switched to the forward blowing position before the oxygenated compounds flow out to allow the pre-column column flow to enter the analysis Column, after all oxygenated compounds flow out from the pre-column, place the system in the back-flushing position to vent the heavy hydrocarbon components in the pre-column. On the analytical column Above, the hydrocarbons with the boiling point close to the oxygenated compounds will flow out first, and then the oxygenated compounds will flow out into the detector (FID) in turn. through Qualitative by retention time, quantification by external standard method based on peak area.

5.19 The standard solution of each oxygen-containing compound component is prepared as follows.

a) Use the water content measured in accordance with GB/T 11133 to correct the purity of each oxygen-containing compound reagent (5.1~5.15). Used to match the oxygen-containing compound reagents and diluents used to prepare the standard solution should be cooled to below 10 °C before use. The standard solution should be as Equipped for immediate use.

Note. When preparing the standard solution, operate as quickly as possible. Low-concentration methanol, ethanol, and n-propanol are especially easy to be adsorbed by the container wall. The prepared standard solution not suitable for long-term storage.

b) The weighing method is used to prepare each standard solution. Since the preparation concentration is low, the method of gradual dilution should be used for preparation.

c) Accurately weigh each oxygen-containing compound in the order of volatility of various oxygen-containing reagents from low to high (5.1~5.15) each 0.50 g to a 100 mL volumetric flask with stopper, weigh to 0.1 mg and record, tert-butanol (5.11), isobutanol (5.12), the three oxygen-containing compounds of sec-butanol (5.13) can only be added to the mixed solution (5.15); continue to add the diluent isooctane or n-heptane Alkane (5.16) to 50.00 g, weigh to 0.1 mg and record; cover the bottle stopper and shake well to obtain a standard concentration of about 10 000 mg/kg Quasi-stock solution, calculate the precise concentration of each oxygenated compound. Use the diluent (5.16) for the above 10 000 mg/kg standard stock solution Dilute to 100 mg/kg, and then use this 100 mg/kg solution as the mother liquor to dilute and prepare the concentration of about 0.5 mg/kg, 1 mg/kg, for standard solutions of 5 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg, the accurate concentration of various oxygenated compounds in each standard solution can be obtained by calculation.

Note. If you purchase a certified mixed standard sample of oxygenated compounds of known concentration, and then directly dilute to the target concentration level step by step, the standard will be greatly simplified.

Preparation process of quasi-solution.

7 Determination of heart cutting time

7.1 Determination of the start time of heart cutting

Dilute ethyl tert-butyl ether (5.2) with isooctane (5.16) as a diluent to prepare a 10 mg/kg test solution, and follow the chromatographic conditions in Table 1.

Run the standard sample, set the back-blowing switching time at 5 min, and the forward-blowing switching time initially at about 1 min. According to the 0.05 min Step length gradually adjust the forward blowing switching time until the ethyl tert-butyl ether is just on the chromatogram, and the time corresponding to the peak is the heart-cut Start time (forward blowing switching time) t1.

7.2 Determination of the end time of heart cutting

Dilute normal alcohol (5.14) with isooctane (5.16) as the diluent to prepare a 10 mg/kg test solution, and run the test solution according to the chromatographic conditions in Table 1.

For standard samples, set the forward-blowing switching time to t1 measured in 7.1, and initially set the back-blowing switching time to about 3 min, according to the 0.05 min Step length gradually adjust the backflushing switching time until the n-butanol is still on the chromatogram, and the time corresponding to the peak is the heart-cutting result.

Beam time (backblow switching time) t2.

8 Standard curve

8.1 Run a standard solution with a concentration of 10 mg/kg and determine the retention time of each oxygenated compound standard sample as a qualitative in accordance with. Isobutanol (5.12), tert-butanol (5.11), and sec-butanol (5.13) will be eluted simultaneously in this system as a group of chemical products.

The compound is measured together. Refer to Figure B.1 in Appendix B for the typical chromatogram of the separation of oxygen-containing compounds.

Note. Different chromatograph systems have different retention times, but the peak sequence should not be changed.

8.2 Run the standard solution of each concentration, take the peak area Ai of each oxygen-containing compound component as the y-axis, and its concentration ci as the x-axis. Each component has a different concentration.

The Ai-ci plot of the degree level is to obtain the calibration curve of the component, and the linear regression equation is calculated by the least square method, as shown in formula (1).

9 Sample determination

9.1 Since the laboratory receives the sample, it should be ensured that the sample is always stored at 0 °C ~ 5 °C before analysis.

9.2 Run the sample under the same chromatographic conditions as the standard sample, collect and record the chromatogram data.

9.3 Qualitative. Comparing the retention time of the components obtained from the sample analysis with the standard solution analysis, and qualitatively identify the oxidized components in the sample.

Compound.

9.4 Quantitative. After qualitatively identifying the oxygen-containing compounds contained in the sample chromatographic data, integrate the peak area, according to the standard curve of each component the regression equation (Equation 1) calculates the concentration of this component.

10 Results report

10.1 Report the content of each oxygen-containing compound to the nearest 0.1 mg/kg.

10.2 Add the content of each oxygen-containing compound and report the total oxygen-containing compound content to the nearest 0.1 mg/kg.

11 Precision

11.1 Repeatability limit (r)

In the same laboratory, the same operator uses the same equipment, presses the same test method, and performs the same test on the same test pair within a short period of time.

The difference between the two independent test results obtained by performing tests independently of each other should not exceed the repeatability limit r shown in Table 2.

11.2 Reproducibility limit (R)

In different laboratories, different operators use different equipment, according to the same test method, to the same object under test.

The difference between the two independent test results obtained by independent testing should not exceed the reproducibility limit R shown in Table 3.
