1 Scope

This part of SN/T 4675 specifies the method of counting bacteria, molds and yeasts in wine.

This section applies to a variety of wine bacteria, mold and yeast testing.

3 Principle

Wine samples were filtered through a 0.45 µm membrane filter to trap living microorganisms (bacteria, molds and yeasts) in wine Filters, counted directly by culturing on the appropriate media.

4 Equipment and materials

Except for the conventional aseptic and culture equipment in the microbiology laboratory, other equipment and materials are as follows.
