1 Scope

SN/T 4675 This section provides the determination of dithiocarbamate residues in wine by headspace gas chromatography - flame photometric detection method.

This section applies to wine dithiocarbamates (mancozeb, deuterin Zinc, mancozeb, sodium deoxide, on behalf of the Union, the United States and the United States, the blessing the United States and zinc, Fuzhou Iron and the United States) the total residue detection.

3 Method summary

The sample to be tested is reacted with a reducing acid solution in a closed system and the dithiocarbamate-containing material is reduced and decomposed to be released quantitatively Carbon disulfide (CS2), take part of the headspace gas with gas chromatography - flame photometric detection of CS2 content, external standard method.

4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade, water GB/T 6682 provides a water.

4.1 Stannous chloride.

4.2 hydrochloric acid.

4.3 acetonitrile. Chromatographic purity.

4.4 Stannous chloride - hydrochloric acid solution Dissolve 15 g of stannous chloride (4.1) in 430 mL of hydrochloric acid (4.2) and dilute to 1000 mL with water.

4.5 dithiocarbamate pesticide standard. Mancozeb, dexmedetomidine, mancozeb, dexamethasone,, thiram, Fume zinc, blessing for details of the American Iron and Steel compounds, see Table A.1 in Appendix A. Standard purity 83.0% of dexmedetomidine, 80.0% of dexmedetomidine, 82.0% of dexmedetomidine, dexamethasone Manganese and zinc 97.5%, others were 99.5%.

4.6 Standard stock solution Accurately weigh the right amount of carbon disulfide, mancozeb, deuterin, manganate, sodium dexamethasone, dextromethorphan, thiram, blessing US-Zinc, and the American Standard (4.5), respectively, with acetonitrile (4.3) were individually formulated into a single standard stock solution of 1.0 mg/mL concentration or suspended Turbidity, shake well before use.
