SN/T 4611-2016 — This standard specifies the inspection objects, methods, biosafety requirements, and results determination of spotted heat populations of rickettsia at the border ports.

This standard is applicable to nests of people at border crossings, medical vector organisms (蜱, , etc.) and spotted fever group rickettsia in host animals. The PCR method was used to detect four Rickettsia species except R.helvetica, R.australis, R.bellii and R.canadensis.
