This part is the fifth part of SN/T 3981.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces SN/T 2136.3-2008 "Import and Export Textile Raw Materials Inspection Regulations Silkworm Silk" and SN/T 0785-1999 Regulations for the inspection of silkworm silkworms in the mouth tube.

Compared with SN/T 2136.3-2008 and SN/T 0785-1999, the main technical changes in this section are as follows.

1 Scope

This part of SN/T 3981 stipulates the basic requirements, procedures, contents, methods and results of the quality evaluation of the import and export of silk Set and report methods.

This section applies to the quality conformity assessment of the regulatory requirements and non-regulatory requirements for import and export.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Silk reel spunsilkyarn the silkworm silkworms are used to process the spun yarns by the silkworm spinning process, such as silkworms under the ankles, long spit, stagnation heads, crumbs, and crepe.

Regulatory requirements mandatoryrequirements the requirements specified in relevant laws, regulations, decrees, regulations, official gazettes, and compulsory standards.

Note. The requirements can be clearly stated in regulatory documents such as laws, regulations, statutes, and regulations. This section refers to some countries or regions.
