This part is the 10th part of SN/T 3981.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces SN/T 0516-2011 "Import and export of textile raw materials inspection regulations silkworm soil" and SN/T 1497.2-2005 the procedure for the inspection of the silk and tube-mounted double palace silk.

Compared with SN/T 0516-2011 and SN/T 1497.2-2005, the main technical changes in this section are as follows.

--- The standard name was revised to "Import and Export Quality Evaluation Method for Textiles and Textiles. Part 10. Silk-like Health wire";

--- Range adjustment for the requirements, procedures and evaluation report content of the import and export raw silk conformity assessment;

---Modified the content of the term part;

---Adjusted the original standard format and normative reference documents;

1 Scope

This part of SN/T 3981 specifies the basic requirements, procedures, contents, methods and results of the conformity assessment of raw and imported raw silk.

Set and report methods.

This section applies to the quality conformity assessment of the import and export raw silk regulatory requirements and non-regulatory requirements.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Raw silk

The silkworm cocoons are used as raw materials, and a plurality of filaments are entangled and twisted by mechanical means according to a certain silk-making process and quality requirements.

Regulatory requirements mandatoryrequirements the requirements specified in relevant laws, regulations, decrees, regulations, official gazettes, and compulsory standards.
