4 Principle of the method

5 Equipment and Reagents

5.1 Equipment

Microscope (with oil immersion lens), with the transmission of light stereo microscope (maximum magnification of not less than 50 ×), clean table, electric Sub-balance, light incubator, alcohol lamps, autoclaves, Petri dishes (diameter 9cm), medical scissors, tweezers, beakers (5mL, 10 mL), the tube (diameter 12mm), slides, cover slips, flask (250mL), cylinder (500mL).

5.2 Reagents

Distilled water, 1% sodium hypochlorite, PDA medium, water, agar, malt agar medium, yeast extract agar medium, Wheat flour agar recipe see Appendix B.
