This section proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.
Introduction
With the social development and technological progress, dangerous chemical species will also be increasing, "List of Hazardous Chemicals" in our existing published (2002 edition) has more than 3800 kinds of different types of hazardous chemicals, which covers safety regulations has become even more widespread. Meanwhile, the United Nations' Off in the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations "(TDG) and the" Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling "(GHS) for hazardous chemicals and other goods transportation, packaging and labeling are also relevant requirements, and hazardous chemical species given clearly defined. Corrosive substances in accordance with the United Nations "on Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations "are classified as Class 8 dangerous goods, including both acidic sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and other corrosive substances, including hydrogen and Sodium oxide, ammonia and other alkaline corrosive substances, import and export volume, high risk. In March 2011 the State Council issued the "management of dangerous chemicals Ordinance "[State Council Decree 591] defined the inspection and quarantine departments are responsible for the import and export of hazardous chemicals and their packaging implementation of the inspection. In order to ensure Effective implementation of inspection and quarantine work related business, regulate the import and export of dangerous chemicals inspection procedures need to be developed in this section.
This part can be used as corrosive hazardous chemicals detected the basic requirements, but also as the development of specific corrosive product testing standards means South documents in order to ensure a coordinated series of standards.
