This section SN/T Part 6 3656.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This section proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.
Introduction
With the social development and technological progress, dangerous chemical species will also be increasing, "List of Hazardous Chemicals" in our existing published (2002 edition) has more than 3800 kinds of different types of hazardous chemicals, which covers safety regulations has become even more widespread. Meanwhile, the United Nations' Off in the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations "(TDG) and the" Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling "(GHS) for hazardous chemicals and other goods transportation, packaging and labeling are also relevant requirements, and hazardous chemical species given clearly defined. Toxic substances in accordance with the United Nations "Off in the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations "classified as a Class 6 dangerous goods, hazardous chemicals towers. In the "Hazardous Chemicals List "of 3832 kinds of dangerous chemicals, all kinds of toxic substances in a total of 1647 kinds, accounting for a total list of all hazardous chemicals nearly 43% Import and export volume, high risk. In March 2011 the State Council issued the "dangerous chemical safety regulations" [State Council Decree 591] Ming Indeed the inspection and quarantine departments are responsible for the import and export of hazardous chemicals and their packaging implementation of the inspection. To ensure that the relevant inspection and quarantine operations effective Conduct, regulate the import and export of dangerous chemicals inspection procedures need to be developed in this section.
This part can be used as the basic requirements for hazardous chemicals toxic substances testing, but also as the development of specific toxic substances in product testing standard the quasi guidance documents to ensure that the series of standards harmonization.
