Foreword
SN/T 3656 "import and export of dangerous chemicals to test technical specifications" is divided into seven sections.
--- Part 1. Explosives;
--- Part 2. Gas;
--- Part 3. Flammable liquids;
--- Part 4. flammable solids, spontaneously combustible materials and flammable when wet;
--- Part 5. oxidizers and organic peroxides;
--- Part 6. Acute toxicity;
--- Part 7. corrosive substances.
This section SN/T 3656 Part 4.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This section proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.
Introduction
With the social development and technological progress, dangerous chemical species will also be increasing, "List of Hazardous Chemicals" in our existing published (2002 edition) has more than 3800 kinds of different types of hazardous chemicals, which covers safety regulations has become even more widespread. Meanwhile, the United Nations' Off in the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations "(TDG) and the" Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling "(GHS) for hazardous chemicals and other goods transportation, packaging and labeling are also relevant requirements, and hazardous chemical species given clearly defined. Flammable solids, was liable to spontaneous combustion Quality and water releases flammable gaseous substances in accordance with the United Nations "on the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations" are classified as Category 4 dangerous goods Objects, dangerous chemicals towers, both of which include sulfur, aluminum and other flammable solid, but also the insurance powder, sodium methylate, etc. liable to spontaneous combustion Material and metallic sodium, aluminum phosphide and other materials in contact with water, emit flammable gases, import and export volume, high risk. The State Council in March 2011 released "Dangerous chemical safety regulations" [State Council Decree 591] defined the inspection and quarantine departments are responsible for the import and export of hazardous chemicals and packages Means for carrying out inspection. To ensure the effective implementation of inspection and quarantine work related business, regulate the import and export of dangerous chemicals inspection program, the required braking Part of the final version.
This part can be used as hazardous flammable solids, spontaneous case of goods and basic requirements for wet flammable test, but also as the development of specific Flammable solids, spontaneously combustible materials and flammable when wet product testing standards guidance document, to ensure a coordinated series of standards.
