1 Scope

This standard specifies the arcuate bacteria in food (Arcobacter) test method.

This standard applies to foods Brandt bow bacteria, Streptococcus bacteria and Steinmann low bow bow bacteria test.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Arcuate bacteria Arcobacter Arcuate bacteria (Arcobacter), as Proteobacteria (Proteobacteria) epsilon- Proteobacteria (Epsilonproteobacteria) Campylobacter Head (Campylobacterales) Campylobacter Branch (Campylobacteraceae) of a new genus. 4 Biosecurity measures

5 Equipment and Materials

5.2 incubator. 25 °C ± 1 °C, 30 °C ± 1 °C, 36 °C ± 1 °C.

5.3 Other water bath or thermostat. 30 °C ± 1 °C, 98 °C.

5.4 micro-aerobic cultivation means. providing microaerobic conditions (5% oxygen, 10% carbon dioxide and 85 percent nitrogen).

5.5 Electronic balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1g.

5.6 homogenizer.

5.7 filtration devices and membranes (0.22µm, 0.45µm).
