1 Scope

This standard specifies the Cucumber Black Root Rot (PhomopsissclerotioidesvanKesteren) of quarantine and identification methods.

This standard applies to black root rot host plants cucumber plants, quarantine and identification of seeds of cucumber black rot bacteria.

Transmission. The pathogen is a soil-borne disease, spread through the air, water or soil/media. Bacteria under adverse conditions, bacteria form Nuclear can survive in the soil for many years.

5 Principle of the method

According cucumber black root rot symptoms on host plants, morphological characteristics of pathogens, biological characteristics and specific PCR reactions of germs were identified (see Appendix B, Appendix C).
