1 Scope

SN/T 3306 provisions of this part of the border crossings to detect suspected samples, water and other environmental samples toxigenic Vibrio cholerae constant loop-mediated Isothermal amplification (LAMP) method.

4 Biosecurity measures

In order to protect the safety of laboratory personnel, shall be through the biosafety training and have qualified staff to detect toxigenic Vibrio cholerae, all cultures and waste should be performed with reference to the relevant provisions of GB 19489.

5 Anti-pollution measures

Prevent pollution measures should comply with WS/T 230's.
