Introduction
With the social development and technological progress, dangerous chemical species are also increasing, which covers safety regulations has become even more widespread in the country "List of Hazardous Chemicals" Existing released (2002) there are more than 3800 kinds of different types of hazardous chemicals, while the United Nations "on the crisis Recommendation Model Regulations dangerous goods transport "(TDG) and the" Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling "(GHS) for the transport of dangerous chemicals and other transportation, packaging and labeling are also relevant requirements, and hazardous chemical species given clearly defined. Corrosive substances in accordance with the United Nations "on the danger Recommendations on the Transport of goods, Model Regulations "classified as dangerous goods of Class 8, into corrosive acid, alkaline corrosive substances and other corrosive substances.
Corrosive acid in hazardous chemicals in large wide, including in its acid anhydride, acid chloride, chlorides, oxides, acid and weak base salts.
Corrosive acid addition itself has a strong corrosive properties of metal, biological tissue outside, but also has some toxicity (such as hydrofluoric acid, bromine, pentafluoro Antimony, etc.) or flammable (e.g. formic acid, acetic anhydride, acrylic acid, etc.) or oxidizing (e.g., concentrated nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, perchloric acid, etc.). The State Council in 2011 March release of "dangerous chemical safety regulations" (State Council Decree 591) defined the inspection and quarantine departments are responsible for the import and export of hazardous Chemicals and their packaging implementation of the inspection. Import and export of dangerous chemicals "on the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine February 29, 2012 released Products and their packaging inspection and regulatory issues related to notice "(No. 30, 2012 announcement) Article points out the import and export of hazardous chemicals and packages Installed in accordance with the AQSIQ designated technical specifications, the standard requires the implementation of inspection and supervision, inspection and quarantine to ensure the effective opening of the relevant business Exhibitions and standardizing import and export of dangerous chemicals inspection program, the development of this standard.
The standard test procedures as corrosive acid basic technical specifications, can guide the inspectors in accordance with the "on the import and export of hazardous chemicals and Packaging inspection and supervision issues related to notice "(No. 30, 2012 announcement) requires an acidic corrosive hazardous chemicals to implement inspection and supervision.
The criteria to determine the basic content standards can guide workers to dangerous chemicals in developing test procedures to establish standards and research Technical elements, so standards to systematic, scientific, applicability and operability requirements to ensure a coordinated series of standards.
Inspection of import and export of dangerous chemicals Corrosive acid basic requirements Warning. Use of this standard inspection or testing persons with relevant work experience. This standard does not point out all possible security issues.
Users are responsible for the use of appropriate safety and health practices and to ensure compliance with the conditions relevant national regulations.
