1 Scope

This section SN/T 2905 specifies the quality and safety of export casings General control, raw materials, export sausage processing plants, production manager Controllers, production process, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation of toxic and hazardous materials, testing and monitoring the quality of health systems to run Demand, product identification and traceability, recall and recording and other technical requirements.

This section applies to export casings quality and safety controls, including various types of exported natural casing for human consumption, excluding collagen Casings and other non-natural casing.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 19000 and defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
