Introduction
Enterobacter cloacae (Enterobactercloacae) Enterobacteriaceae Enterobacter mode bacteria widely distributed in nature, prevalent in in the intestinal tract of humans and animals, it is in hospital infections and opportunistic infections common bacteria can cause food-borne illness, so often used as a condition Representative pathogens.
Enterobacter cloacae milk powder contamination has been concern, in April 2004, FAO and the World Health Organization Experts in assessing the safety of infant formula, think the importance of Enterobacter cloacae in neonate pathogenic cause is growing, and as as Enterobacter representative (in infant formula found in low concentrations in) infant formula is a potential pathogen, making baby formula when the risk of pathogens analysis, Enterobacter cloacae as a category "B" dangerous biological agents.
According to the survey report shows that the content of the milk powder contamination of Enterobacter cloacae generally lower, for determining the method for the quantitative determination of sample volume 333g, to detect a small content of the sample target bacteria as possible.
