1 Scope

This section SN/T 2552 provisions of the milk and dairy products monocytogenes Listeria detection and counting methods.

This section applies to milk and dairy products monocytogenes Listeria detection and counting. Other foods monocytogenes Lee Listeria detection and enumeration can also refer to use.
