This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

The partial replacement of SN/T 0185-1993 "Import and Export Commodity weight authentication procedures for petroleum and its static weight liquid products" and SN/T 0993-2001 "Import and Export Commodity weight liquid product identification procedures static weight." this section compared with the SN/T 0185-1993 and SN/T 0993-2001, in addition to editorial changes, the major technical changes are as follows.

--- Modify some of the terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

--- Increase the technical requirements and measuring instrument portable water interface level, temperature, free water use (see 4.2.2.2,5.3.2.4, 5.3.3.3 and 5.3.4.4);

--- Increase in free water measurements (see 5.3.3);

--- Modify the liquid temperature measurement method (see 5.3.4);

--- Revised trim and wedge correction and volume calculations (see 5.4.2.3,5.4.2.4.2).

1 Scope

This section SN/T 2389 specifies the basic requirements for the import and export of petroleum products and liquid static weight of the cabin, methods, procedures and techniques Technique specification.

This section applies to weight and export of petroleum and liquid products in static cabin.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Cabin static weight staticmeasurementbyship'stank Petroleum and liquid products in the measurement of a relatively static state in the cabin.

Free water; FW Individual layered in oil and oil products mainly in the water below. Vfw deduction represents the amount of free water, which comprises a bottom precipitate.
