Does not meet the pyrophoric substances (pyrophoricsubstances) standard and Inflammable material in the absence of the energy supply situation in contact with air easily Own heating substances. Only the large number of such substances (a few kilograms) and after long periods accumulate will burn.
Principle 4
The test substance mounted side by 25mm or 100mm cube steel mesh container at a temperature of 100 °C, 120 °C or at 140 °C exposed to air, observe whether spontaneous combustion or a significant temperature rise to determine if the substance is oxidized from heat.

5.1 Equipment and Materials
It requires the following devices.
a) a hot-air circulating oven and an internal volume greater than 9L, and is capable of controlling the internal temperature at 100 °C, 120 °C or 140 °C, temperature control accuracy of ± 2 °C;
b) side length 25mm and 100mm cube specimen container, the manufacture of stainless steel mesh, mesh 0.05mm, open top container;
c) the diameter of 0.3mm aluminum chromium thermocouple; one on the center of the sample, and the other placed between the sample container and the oven wall.
Each sample container should be placed in a cubic container cover, the cover is formed by a 0.60mm mesh stainless steel mesh, slightly larger than the sample container. In order to avoid the effect of air circulation, this cover into another stainless steel cage, the cage is 0.595mm mesh stainless steel mesh Into a size of 150mm × 150mm × 250mm.
5.2 Program
The commercial form of powder or granular specimen put into the sample container, filled to the rim, and the container tapped several times. As the sample sink, Adds Add some. Such as sample stack is too high, it trimming flattened. The container cover covering, and hung in the center of the oven. The oven temperature was raised to 140 °C, and kept 24h. Continuous recording sample and temperature of the oven. 100mm cube specimen with the first test. in case Spontaneous combustion or, if the sample temperature higher than the oven temperature 60 °C, namely to achieve a positive result. If you get a negative result, you do not need Further tests. If you get a positive result, use 25mm cube sample second test at 140 °C, to determine
