This standard replaces SN 0203-1993 "export wine procymidone residues in." this standard compared with SN 0203-1993 main changes are as follows.

--- Deleted SN 0203-1993 "2 sampling and sample preparation," adds "5 Sample Preparation and Storage";

--- Determination by gas chromatography to gas chromatography - mass spectrometry;

--- Expanding the detection method is suitable for a range of sample matrices.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the import and export food procymidone residues by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method.

This standard applies to tea, orange, chestnut, wine, onion, millet, honey, fish, chicken, liver procymidone residues determination and confirmation.

2 Method summary

Sample acetone - n-hexane shaking extraction, graphite carbon black SPE or neutral alumina solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography -Mass Spectrometry and validation, external standard.

3 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade, water is distilled water.

3.1 hexane. redistilled.

3.2 acetone. redistilled.

3.3 sodium chloride.

3.4 anhydrous sodium sulfate. After burning 650 °C 4h, the dryer use.

3.5 acetone - n-hexane (1 + 2, volume ratio). Take 100mL acetone, n-hexane was added 200mL, shake spare.

3.6 acetone - n-hexane (1 + 1, volume ratio). Take 200mL acetone, n-hexane was added 200mL, shake spare.

3.7 procymidone standard substance (Procymidone, C13H11Cl2NO2, CAS number. 32809-16-8). purity of greater than 99%.

3.8 procymidone standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of procymidone standard substance with acetone formulated to 1000µg/mL standard stock Liquid, and then diluted to the appropriate concentration of standard working solution with n-hexane according to testing requirements. Standard solution in the dark at 4 °C preservation, period 6 months.

3.9 graphitized carbon black SPE. 3mL, 125mg, or equivalent person.

3.10 neutral alumina SPE. 3mL, 125mg, or equivalent person.

4 Instruments and equipment

4.1 Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry with electron impact ionization (EI source).
