Introduction

With the number of domestic and limit the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products in the laws and regulations promulgated and implemented, electrical and electronic production Product manufacturers, suppliers, buyers, testing organizations and government regulators have put forward for related products comply with hazardous substances Evaluation requirements.

A wide range of electrical and electronic products, material complexity, conformity assessment process need to organize a number of technical documents, on which the relevant information into the Line collation, analysis and judgment. To ensure the consistency of conformity assessment results, the need for clear, uniform, workable technical standards as guide.

This standard specifies the implementation of conformity assessment procedures, defined the technical requirements for all aspects of the evaluator can handle and regulate accordingly Evaluation of information from technical documents, the final product obtained was evaluated for compliance with the requirements of the conclusions.
